I abhor racism or &quot;islamophobia&quot; (though the word should really be muslimophobia!) and I think that presenting facts about religions in a dispassionate and objective way is a strong way to dissuade people from adhering to them.<br /> <br /> I love the scientific method and evidence-based thinking and I am always very self-critical about evidence that supports my own viewpoint as I try to avoid confirmation bias and try to embrace the unease of cognitive dissonance.<br /> <br /> I will check this talk page periodically.
